Garrett Motion Korea host “Tech-day event” for local customer
The Garret Motion Korea Aftermarket team held technical training for Korean customers.
The training was held at Diesel service Korea, one of the distributors in Korea, to provide the turbo installer with expertise of turbocharger.
It was organized into three sessions, prepared at the client’s prior request.
– IAM AE Leader, Jasmeet Singh‘s training session entitled “What is Turbo?” Expanded the range of their knowledge and helped them with questions about turbo technology. He also explained and promoted the RedBoost product line, and the customers were very interested.
– QA Operators, Dae-Woo Rho trained on troubleshooting based on his extensive experience in resolving field issues. The customers had the opportunity to learn how to approach the problem and how to solve it for each symptom.
– The third session was training on Installer Connect. Sunny Kim, IAM sales & marketing in Korea provided guideline for installers to broaden their knowledge of Turbocharger through online video modules and to address questions through the Turbo Diagnostics Guide.
