1st place in Drift Kings International Series for Chantzaras Team 22 in Greece

Global drift returned to Greece with the grand final of Drift Kings International Series held for the 3rd consecutive year at Circuit of Serres, Saturday and Sunday, the 5th & October 6th. First place in the Drift Kings Grand Final 2019 – Serres for Greek driver Christos Chantzaras who drove the M3 turbo drift car incredibly and made us all proud. Drift fans had another unique opportunity to see the world’s best drivers perform spectacular individual passes and episodic battles.
On the weekend of October 5 & 6, at the Serres motorway, one of the best Drift Kings World Championships was completed, with Greek Champion Christos Chantzaras winning the Grand Finals 2019 Pro Championship. It is a big honor for Turbo Hellas Trading Ltd as an official Garrett – Advancing Motion Distributor to be part of this event Drift Kings International Series and especially to be sponsors of such a talented and remarkable driver/team.

This is the second victory for Chantzaras and his team at the World Championships as it has won 2017 again.
Greece’s Drift Champion and his team, Chantzaras Team 22, won the big Pro Final on Sunday in the Major Pro Marco Zakouril (Geos Drift Team) and lifted the grand trophy for the second time after 2017. A little earlier, Volianotis Yiannis Kamziolis managed to reach the Pro2 Final, which “put him in a difficult position” with the champion Alexandre Strano.
As Greece hosted the Grand Final of the Drift Kings (formerly King of Europe) for the third consecutive year, this year’s Serres and this year’s champions: Rick van Goethem in Pro and Alexandre Strano in Pro2, as well as Denise Ritzmann retains the title of Drift Queen!
