The Garrett Engineering & Technology Program will prepare you for future technological roles by offering challenging and rewarding rotational assignments. It is a unique opportunity to gain engineering experience and exposure to Garrett’s new products and cutting-edge technologies while at the same time building your leadership skills in a fast-paced and professional work atmosphere.
This program is composed of three consecutive 12-month assignments with our largest Engineering Hubs located in Europe and Asia and includes an international rotation of 12 months in a different Hub. During this program, you will work directly with key engineering experts and leaders, and receive specific training focusing on technical and leadership competencies.

It is a unique opportunity to gain professional experience and exposure to Garrett’s new products, processes and methodologies while at the same time building your leadership skills in a fast-paced and professional work atmosphere.
This program is composed of two consecutive 12-month assignments within our main supply chain functions and locations. During this program, you will work directly with key Supply Chain experts and leaders, and receive specific training focusing on technical and leadership competencies. Several areas such as project management, commodity management, logistic and strategic supply sourcing will be covered as well.
