What is H2ICE

A Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine (H2ICE) is an engine specifically tailored for use in commercial vehicles that aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The engine uses hydrogen as fuel and achieves near zero CO2 emissions.

Why Hydrogen?

Fast Refueling Time

Drivers of H2ICE vehicles can fill up the hydrogen tank quickly and easily, similar to conventional gasoline and diesel vehicles, and can use the same refueling systems and stations as Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicles (FCEVs).


Leveraging carbon neutral hydrogen as a fuel source for engines enables C02 emissions to be reduced to near zero, offering a sustainable option alongside battery and fuel cell vehicles.
