Prakash Chinnasamy has joined Garrett 3 years ago, after working in software and IT for nearly 15 years. He was attracted by the company’s values and vision and joined confident that he will be part of a team where people are truly valued.

Currently part of Garrett’s IT Commercial Excellence team and working on implementing and developing CRM solutions for multiple business areas, Prakash says there are two elements that really make any day great: team and technology. And he found both at Garrett.

“I love my team, we really have a strong connection and I have enjoyed working with them since day one. On top of that, I work in a very exciting area with top CRM technologies, learning and understanding plenty about sales, customer services and marketing process.
