Our global workforce brings together colleagues from around 60 nationalities across 21 countries, combining deep technical expertise with a shared commitment to responsible and ethical behavior. In 2025, Garrett employees completed more than 94,000 hours of training, spanning technical upskilling, leadership development, health and safety, ethics, and future‑focused capabilities such as zero‑emission and electrified technologies. We provide structured learning pathways, global development programs, and access to a broad digital learning ecosystem to support growth at every career stage.

Inclusion is reinforced through company‑wide initiatives and employee-led networks that promote connection, dialogue, and allyship across our global teams.​

We continue to expand outreach to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, including women—who remain under represented in many STEM fields – and have seen a growth in women employees over the past couple of years. In 2025, women held 26.5% of Garrett’s salaried roles and 22.8% of senior management positions. ​

Employee engagement is regularly assessed, with feedback analyzed and translated into actions that drive improvements at both local and global levels.​

Garrett actively supports the next generation of engineers and technology professionals through student programs, university partnerships, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) education initiatives.​

We offer a range of student programs across multiple countries. In 2025, Garrett welcomed 305 interns in 13 countries Our graduate program further accelerates early careers through structured rotations, mentoring, and skills development in key engineering hubs.​

Beyond early‑career programs, we promote STEM education through global outreach. Each year we host Garrett STEM Month – a global series of events during which employees engage with schools, universities, and communities through workshops, plant tours, and hands‑on activities – reaching thousands of students. These efforts are aimed to build future skills, encourage inclusion in technical fields, and strengthen the long‑term innovation ecosystem.​

Garrett aims to make a positive difference in the communities where we operate.Through our WeCare4 Community program, we seek to support local initiatives that address social and environmental needs.​

WeCare4 focuses on four priority areas: STEM education, environmental protection, health and well‑being, and diversity and inclusion. Across our global footprint, local WeCare4 committees design and deliver initiatives that respond to community needs and reflect regional priorities, supported by dedicated WeCare4 champions at each site. ​

Through volunteering, partnerships with schools and non‑governmental organizations, and community projects, our teams contribute time, skills, and expertise to create meaningful local impact.

Setting high standards for health, safety, and environmental performance is fundamental to how we operate. This includes providing a safe and healthy working environment for employees, contractors, and visitors. ​

Our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management system is applied consistently across global operations and aligned with internationally recognized standards. All Garrett manufacturing sites and main test laboratories are certified to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO50001, reflecting a disciplined approach to occupational health and safety, environmental management, and energy management.​

We promote a strong safety culture through training, risk assessments, audits, and employee engagement, with a continuous focus on prevention and improvement.

Reducing greenhouse gas emissions is a key priority in our operational strategy. We have set a Science‑Based Target to reduce absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 46.2% by 2030, compared to a 2019 baseline. ​

Emissions reduction efforts across our sites focus on energy efficiency,operational improvements, and the use of renewable energy. ​

We are making solid progress against our target. In 2025, absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions decreased by 3.2% compared to previous year, contributing to a total reduction of 31.8% versus the 2019 baseline.

Improving energy efficiency is a key driver of our emissions reduction efforts and operational resilience. Through a combination of capital investments and operational initiatives, we continue to optimize energy use across our operations. ​

In 2025, absolute energy consumption decreased by 4.6% compared to the previous year, supported by the implementation of 175 energy‑efficiency projects across our global sites.These initiatives included compressed‑air optimization, HVAC and cooling upgrades, energy recovery, equipment efficiency improvements, and enhanced power and lighting management.

We promote the efficient use of natural resources across our operations, focusing on materials, waste, and water.​

Material efficiency is enhanced through innovation, optimized manufacturing processes and remanufacturing. Remanufacturing (Reman) extends the lifecycle of used turbos and reduces the need for primary raw materials.​

We seek to limit waste generation and improve diversion. In 2025, 79%of operational waste was diverted from landfill (excluding remediation activities), driven by improved segregation, recycling initiatives, and increased use of returnable packaging.​

In 2025, water withdrawal across Garrett’s sites decreased by 9.1%,supported by targeted efficiency measures and increased reuse, with19.5% of total water withdrawn being reused. We continue to monitor water use closely.
