The Garrett Code of Business Conduct serves as a guiding framework outlining our standards of integrity and adherence to regulations across our business interactions. It outlines the basic rules of conduct expected from all members of the Garrett team, as well as suppliers and other stakeholders and business partners.
We aim to foster a workplace where people feel safe, respected, and confident to speak up. Employees and external stakeholders are encouraged to raise concerns, ask questions, or report suspected misconduct through confidential reporting channels, without fear of retaliation.
The Integrity Helpline is managed by a professional independent contractor and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in multiple languages.
In 2025, Garrett’s sustainability performance continued to be recognized through external ESG assessments.
We earned Gold rating from EcoVadis, B scores in CDP Climate Change and CDP Water Security and reached C+ and PRIME rating from ISS‑ESG.
