Garrett Motion was front and center at the 10th edition of the exciting RoDrift Finals, held on Sept. 7-8, 2024, in Bucharest, Romania. As a leading sponsor of this premier motorsport event, Garrett showcased its cutting-edge turbo technology and engaged directly with the drifting community.

Set against the iconic backdrop of Constitutiei Square and the Palace of the Parliament, the RoDrift Finals marked the culmination of a series of competitions across Romania, bringing together top drivers from Bulgaria, Ukraine, Slovakia, and beyond.

Our sponsored driver, Catalin Trifan, impressed the crowd by qualifying for second place on Saturday. Despite facing some unexpected on-the-track challenges, his performance underscored his expertise both as a driver and a car builder.

Our engineers were also on hand, sharing their passion and knowledge with attendees, offering insights into Garrett’s turbo cutaways and high-performance technology.
