The 4th International Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle Congress (FCVC 2019) will take place on September 26-28, 2019, Rugao, China. Rugao, an ancient city along the Yangtze River, about 180 kilometers northwest to Shanghai, is UNDP’s first Hydrogen Economy Demonstration City in China.
