What attracted you to Garrett?

“Before joining Garrett, I worked as a product application engineer for a hydraulics business, supporting OEMs across North America. This experience helped me add to my technical knowledge by improving my communications skills, so when the opportunity came to join Garrett, I felt ready to take on a new challenge.”

What excites you about your job?

“I love that as an Application Engineer, I get to go beyond engineering, to gain an in-depth appreciation of how our solutions support our customers’ engine strategies.

Seeing a vehicle on the road with a Garrett product that I worked on is very special. It gives me an immense sense of pride and is truly satisfying.

“This role enriches me. I’m involved in technical product issues, getting prototypes made and managing the validations that lead to launch. It’s a job that requires many competences – business acumen, relationship management, cross functional communication, project management, peer learning and interpersonal skills.

“And to see a vehicle on the road with a Garrett product that I worked on is very special. It gives me an immense sense of pride and is truly satisfying.”
