Now, 12 years later, he is Sr. AME Engineering Manager, leading some of the industry&#8217;s most exciting balancing projects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">During his career, Alexandru grew his expertise in various fields: from sound and vibration to data processing while working with a wide variety of turbo technologies. For the past years, Alexandru and his team have been developing new balancing technologies addressing Garrett&#8217;s Electric &amp; Hybrid portfolio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">He has a bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering from the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology and a master\u2019s degree in IT Project Management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">&#8220;Effort is important but knowing where to make an effort makes all the difference!&#8221;, this is Alexandru&#8217;s professional motto. Acum, 12 ani mai t\u00e2rziu, el este Sr. AME Engineering Manager \u015fi coordoneaz\u0103 unele dintre cele mai interesante proiecte de echilibrare din industrie.<\/p>\n<p>De-a lungul carierei, Alexandru \u015fi-a dezvoltat expertiza \u00een arii variate: de la sunet \u015fi vibra\u0163ie la procesare de date, lucr\u00e2nd cu o varietate mare de turbosuflante. \u00cen ultimii ani, Alexandru \u015fi echipa sa au dezvoltat noi tehnologii de echilibrare pentru portofoliul Electric \u015fi Hibrid al Garrett.<\/p>\n<p>Licen\u0163iat \u00een inginerie la Facultatea de Electronic\u0103, Telecomunica\u0163ii \u015fi Tehnologia Informa\u0163iei, Alexandru are o diplom\u0103 de master \u00een management de proiecte IT, ob\u0163inut\u0103 la Academia de Studii Economice.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Efortul este important, dar a \u015fti unde s\u0103 \u00eel direc\u0163ionezi face diferen\u0163a&#8221;, acesta este motto-ul profesional al lui Alexandru.
