A new performance kit manufacturer and a new distributor both selected as Garrett by Honeywell looks to reestablish presence in Japan
Established in 2010, GCG Turbo KK is a branch of GCG Turbochargers Australia Pty Ltd that is focused on the wholesale distribution of performance turbochargers and related accessories to the Japanese domestic market. GCG is known to many racers and tuners in the region and has proven to be a trusted partner of Garrett.
TRUST/GReddy is a globally recognized performance brand. Since 1977 it has operated under the philosophy of “striving to develop innovate products to enhance vehicle performance and exponentially increasing driving experience fun.” In addition to our relationship in Japan, TRUST/GReddy will also be a partner for Garrett in the United States.
“We are excited to have such experienced and professional partners for the ongoing development and distribution of our leading performance aftermarket turbo portfolio including not only the performance our customers associate with the Garrett name, but the customer service as well,” said Olivier Rabiller vice president and general manager of Honeywell Transportation Systems Aftermarket.
In addition, consumers will realize the real value in purchasing genuine aftermarket parts from a trusted source in Garrett and Honeywell.
”GCG and TRUST represent the quality the Japanese consumer has come to expect, and will meet those expectations with OE quality Garrett performance parts,” said Yasuhiro Kinoshita, Honeywell Turbo managing director, Japan. “We are excited for this new era of performance partnerships between Garrett and these companies.”
